I'm looking for a technician that can look at a Crown Tape Machine that I sold to a client in the San Fernando valley area of CA. I'm located in NYC.
Something shifted in shipping and theres humming from one or both the reel motors
They'll bring the machine to you. Please let me know if u can help.
Thank You,
Andrew

adrian pro audio in canoga park is the best. look him up and give him a call. he's worked on 3 of my machines and i've bought 1 from him. a standard service is $195 and he relaps the heads with that for free no additional charge. can you beat that? nothing but good things to say about adrian.

Adrian, is really, really good, and thorough..but pricey. He'll repair everything he finds wrong with the machine and get it up to spec.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the reply and all the advice!! The customer brought the machine to a local Mcintosh repair shop. The tech took a very simple repair and over complicated it, turned loose screws into motor rebuilds. Nice tech, but should stick to repairing amplifiers.
Thanks Guys!
