this is awesome, but the title threw me off.

I thought it was a headline:
"Musicians Swap Meat!!!"

I didn't know there was a large underground steak trade among musicians.

If someone can't play an instrument or sing, but they have some really awesome hickory bacon to trade for other meats, can they still come? Asking for a friend.

They might have to grease some palms....but that shouldn't be a problem if the bacon is good : )

OK...we are coming down to the wire...This coming Saturday is the date! I spent the weekend going over my collection of stuff & came up with a good trunk full of gadgets, speakers, a few pedals, an old tube amp...etc.

I hope that everyone does the same & comes out to Vino's this coming Saturday from 11:30 until 5:00 PM. This is being held in Vino's back room. The kitchen will be open & we will have a bartender in the back room for all you thirsty musician types. In case you didn't know, Vino's is Arkansas' second oldest brewpub & has won some awards for their beers.

The last swap we had was a huge turnout...Im hoping this one will be even better! Show up early & STEAK our your best spot for the Swap Meat!

I hope to see olive you there ; )

******* 3 MORE DAYS *******

I am still going through all my stuff & finding more things that I can pass on to someone who will enjoy them more. Last night I added an Allen Heath power supply (48v & 15v) this would be great for powering multiple chanels of mic preamplifiers with phantom power. I have also added two tube amplifiers, a wireless guitar system, a metal pedal and 5 or 6 pairs of headphones to the growing list of stuff I am bringing. I am also bringing several matched pairs of speakers. A good friend is bringing some speakers too. Another friend is bringing a Fender Blues Jr amp to sell.

The Boss pedal sounds like a good deal, sadly, Vino's is a pizza place & live performance venue...no burgers, but plenty of Musician Swap Stuff!!!

Tomorrow is the day...everyone is cheerfully invited to attend & so far it looks like this is going to be a really BIG event! :D

Just so the message doesn't get lost, I will say it again...

We had a room full of guitars, amps, recording equipment...etc.
