Sound City film Josh Homme bass

Went hunting around for info about this bass again, but no luck. Can anyone ID the maker?

Haven't seen the movie yet, but possibly a gibson midtown?

Different color, but pretty sure this is it. Also, no pickguard on Josh's bass.

Haven't seen the movie but that pic looks like a yamaha to me.

Based on the headstock, it does look like the Yahama.

It's got the unusual slight point on the inside of the cutouts like the Yamaha too, looks like that's the one.

I would put money on it being a Yamaha. I think the model is an SA series of some sort. TVL, who has played on the last few albums, has his own Yamaha Sig Model that's based on the SA series, so they are obviously hip to old Yammies being great guitars.
