Does this count? I map processing plug-in tools in iZotope RX (standalone app) to Function keys on my Macs. It speeds me up A LOT! I never use the RX plug-ins within Pro Tools anymore except to get audio in and out.

Exactly! That is the first function that drew me into trying to do this. That and “show Clip Gain Line”
