A 1933 Normelle upright piano is the oldest thing I have, but my 1966 Ampeg Gemini I is my loved puppy.

Oldest piece of gear: my Jungian archetypes. 40,000 years old at least. I can't seem to shake 'em no matter what I try.

2nd oldest: Weird Silvertone amp from God knows when. 1 knob. Smells like the inside of an ancient library book. Weighs approximately 1.5 oz. Sounds better than any plugin, Line 6 digital amp, or Pod I've ever heard.

Buescher Alto Sax - It has 1919 engraved on it and belonged to my grandfather.
Ampeg ReverberRocket circa ~ 1967
Conn Strobe Tuner bought it in '73
Sequential Circuits 6 Traks bought it in '83
Sony APR-5003V circa ~1990 (and I actually built and tested it!)

I just realized how much vintage stuff I have sold over the years. I should've kept it all.

a 1969 Ampeg B-25.

Only made in 1969, picture an SVT w/ only about 40 watts, a lot of fun especially if you need a little crackle w/o blowing your head off.
