The keyboard action on mine seems really uh, stiff. My hands get tired out . Is there a way to loosen it up ?

Hate to say it, but it's another job for a piano tuner. Any tuner can do an action regulation as well...I'm not sure how similar the Yamaha mechanism is to a regular piano, but I bet it's close enough.
