memory man go bye-bye
fwiw, I built the audio probe thingy pretty fun pokin around in things, but for the life of me, couldnt figure out how to get the circuit board completely out of the housing. so, other than forcing the damn thing out (which is a technique that is not foriegn to me...) I called up new sensor corp & for $15 flat fee they're gonna fix it for me.

Any word from your source what else is going to be discontinued? I've had my eye on another pedal or two of theirs.Sayer wrote:FYI: this thread is ironically timed as I was told today by a (shall we say) very reliable source that the memory man (and some other pedals) are going to be discontinued very shortly. Buy em up now before they get "rare"

I don't know if you've fixed your pedal yet, but I once repaired a "holier grail" reverb, and the problem was so simple... When the 1/4" jacks become loose, a guitarist will often try to tighten them from the outside, the clerance around the jack is too little, and the hot pin shorts to ground. Check that out, I am sure it has happened to alot of EH pedal users.
