My wireless mouse......Seriously......got tired of wheeling across the room to fiddle with the computer, etc.

Oh, what about tapes? Ok....then my remote for my Tascam 34b.....

Hey, anything that allows you to play and get into the moment without having to get up and do this/that.....that's useful.
