Someone definitely makes (or has made) a midi organ pedal setup.

A quick search revealed this complete survey

I had read the troubadour tech thing already before I posted here but I was pretty ignorant about what it was I was reading. Can I control my keyboard with a midi Organ Pedal, or would it be it's own instrument and then I wouldn't use the keyboard I have? I am trying to utilize the keyboard I currently have, and I don't have much experience with midi (Although I am slowly trying to learn.)

This is the clearest Midi tutorial I've seen, just the first two paragraphs should lay it out for you.
In short, yes, the midi pedalboard would control your current keyboard.

pedals midi out >>cable>> keyboard midi in

That troubadour thing talks about pedals that are NOT midi also (Moog Taurus etc.) They have sounds built in. What you want doesn't make sound, it's just a controller.

No need to get nasty!! It wasn't clear at all to me. The Midi.org stuff was much more intelligable to my brain for whatever reason.

I'm still trying to find anything nasty in this thread.

Again- no nastiness was intended. Sometimes the internet makes it impossible to know what someone knows. I very rarely post unless I have something valid to offer. I'm sorry what I offered didn't help and that you were offended.
