I have a 73 key rhodes. Anyone know how to tune them that could give me some advice. Also, I need to buy new felt pads for the keys, any suggestions?

Sorry I can't offer any tuning info but a while back when I was restoring my Wurlitzer 200 I came across these guys:

They appear to have the materials required for re-felting. However, I haven't ever done any business with them but their prices seem reasonable and might be worth looking into.

Good Luck,

nate

the rhodes are really easy to work on. There is a pdf of the entire service manual on the fenderrhodes.com link listed above. To tune it, you move the little springs on the tines.

I'll check the links out too. There is no one where I live that will even look at my Rhodes, they run and won't touch it. Bunch of scaredie cats. I need to replace a tine and felts and rubber pads could not hurt either.
I know enough to know that I don't know what I am doing.
