Can I run AutoTune with 1 iLok on 2 computers, one at a time

I'm working on a long term project with a client who wants to buy Auto Tune. We both have our own ProTools system.

Is it possible to buy Auto Tune and install/run it on two different computers, bringing the iLok to whichever system we want to work on that day?

That should absolutely work. We do this with NoNoise all the time where I work. Four rooms, one ilock. Whoever needs it boots up with it in. We can even pull it out while we're working and put it in another computer. As long as you don't have to restart ProTools on the first computer, you're fine. A nice way to sacrifice a little bit of convenience to save a lot of dough.
