Weird AKG dual element mic model D3600. Had one a few years back and never found quite the right source/context for it. Sold it to get an atm25 instead, which was the right move. Found one for $20 so I'm going to try one more time to find the thing that its magic on. It certainly looks $20 worth of cool.

and i'm sad cos i wish i still lived in NZ!

most 12-strings aren't THAT bad to tune, you just need to tune and play it a few times over a half hour or so.

2 questions:

1. How did you get BLA to mod your Digi 001? I thought they quit doing that. I really want mine done by them.

2. How are you getting 48 tracks? I thought 6.4 could only go up to 32.

I bought one already modded from Bantam, here on the board, and sold mine to my roommate.

I haven't got 48 yet, damnit, someone told me that i could do 48!! i need to stop listening and do more doing.. I'm in a middle of something being tracked at another studio on a tdm system in 9, haven't had the chance to fudge around with the new le rig at my house yet...
