That's hilarious, but necessary.
I've occasionally used a little sandpaper to soften an LED's viewing angle a bit. People who use narrow-focus LEDs as indicators should be flogged.

Thanks, I didn’t know such a product was available. I have just used tape in the past. The LED is Just an artifact of the phone photo. I meant more the light in the spring portion but I can see why you thought I meant the LED.

Shuffled around some seldom used studio gear and acquired a couple old RCA ribbon mics, a Western Electric 639a, and a pair of EV 635a's. I need help.

2 cheap pedals:
Hotone Krush, a nifty little bitcrusher, like a lo-fi Zvex.
Rowin Plexion, a Marshall style, works well on bass, like a full frequency, smoother Rat.

Good god VVV! Is there any room left where you are or do you have to wade through pedals to get to the bathroom?

Dave Hill Europa preamp. I’m going to sell some stuff so I can get a second one. These things are so versatile. Did some acoustic guitar and bass DI yesterday with it - the option to slow down the slew rate and add harmonics allows for some nice mangling that doesn’t ever go over the top. And the 18dB high-pass filter with lots of filter points - super helpful.

Epiphone Les Paul in sunburst. Finally got shipped.
For The Wife.
Got it with a Sweetwater credit, for buying my purple Music Man.
Howling at the neighbors. Hoping they have more mic cables.

Hopefully the fret ends on that Les Paul aren't lethal weapons like the ones on the Epi SG I bought last year.
A week ago me and ms mse went out to our local antiques/thrift place and they had a perfectly nice Herman Miller Aeron. For $195. Thank you very much!

Just put a down payment on a pair of 4038's.
I want to go to sleep until they arrive.

I was an optimistic skeptic when I felt like I spent a kidney on my first one. Then in the months that followed I realized that I must have two and sold the other kidney.
But 300 bucks for the blumlein bar. Ridiculous. I'll get it some day.
