Just got a package from Pier Paolo. Two APP2050 Ge (Germanium) and two APP99F api style DOA's and a APP Studio PSU2 board. I'm stoked :rockin: Here's a link to his pages at DIY http://www.prodigy-pro.com/diy/index.php?topic=33576.0

A Sonor Ferromanganese snare on Craigslist: $25.
8 replacement tension rods for the missing and rusted: $35.
Having to file out the holes in the bottom hoop to get said rods to fit: priceless.

I just got a Presonus MP20 which I'm pretty sure is stock and doesn't have the desirable Jensen xfrmrs everyone says you must have. I'm sure it will be great anyway. I try not to get too far into the hype.

I got one of those Vox AC4's, too - with a 10" speaker. It's great!

I think Mattel pretty much made drummers obsolete when they invented this gem.

Awesome score! I love mine, especially in stereo. You have to let me know what you think about it.
Got it delivered, haven't been able to print anything with it yet, but I was doing some full band-live recording today and my A.D.D. lead me to patch it in, just through the monitors and start sending random instruments to it. No vocals yet, but I was already surprised that it could take a drum sound with the EQ cranked down and not go "sproinggg". Something about the eq on the box does something pre and post eq don't do on my other spring.

I really want to send some vocals to it with the input clipping, maybe it will sound like echo-trash......

MFB-503 on its way from Berlin. My TR-606 went insane a bit ago and I finally decided to replace it, but with something built from new parts.

Cheers,
