Come on people, get out your credit cards if you don't have cash on hand!

Stimulate the economy. Buy one as a Mother's Day gift.

Links to photos of the mic are posted in the long e-mail (Victor's) post by me a few up from this one. Take a look and act now if you want a decent mic at a very good price.

Only 4 days to send payments... Come on it's a great bargain! Check out business prices for this microphone on the internet.

It looks similar in the pictures to the Cascade X-15. Is it the same mic as the stock X-15?

It comes from the same manufacturer, ,the only difference being their will be a figure 8 pattern logo in front of the mic.

I wanted to forward a message from Kieran who's shown his support and wanted to speak to the community :

Message follows:

Hello from a fellow group buy member in Melbourne, Australia.

It looks like the group buy is dying... Why?

If you haven't sent your money, do you realise what a bargain you're missing out on? Perhaps you should read this:

http://www.cascademicrophones.com/cascade_X-15.html

After you've read the glowing reviews and listened to the samples, check the
retail price: it's $499. Yes, $499. And you can buy it for around $200.
What are you doing? You were interested once, what's the problem? It's only
$200. Borrow from family, friends, whatever it takes. Don't miss out.

GET ON WITH IT!

We have just this weekend to get all the money in... 48 hours, that's all.
Then we can enjoy glorious stereo blumlein ribbon goodness.
Or not.

Come on, do it now. Please. I, for one, don't want to miss out!

Your fellow group-buy member
Kieran

Hi all!

Please show your support to the group buy. End date is on Monday 14th.

Maybe if lots of payments are coming this weekend I can convince the people who sent me their contribution a month ago to cancel their first payment and send another one which would give us a few weeks delay but that's a bit too much to ask from guys who were so reactive about this group buy...

I was one of the first to pay, and if PayPal (Victor) doesn't accept my payment I would be happy to re submit it.

Who around here was in on the earlier TapeOp Ribbon buy? There was a lot of trepidation but I was in on it for 2 and I love them but they are a PITA to set up as XY (Blumlein).

I want one of these and would respectfully request anyone else who wants one to jump on into the deal.

Don't miss out on something you might regret later!

Above is the link to the 'Who Has Paid' thread and, though there is a ways to go, the number has increased very significantly over the last day or so.

Come on people! Be victims of peer pressure! Succumb to the 'Mob Effect'!

You won't regret it!

(I should have gone into advertising!)

50 paid mics at the moment. Need 91!!!

Bap, thanks for the support; I might think about it depending on how things evolve until Monday... Then if I decide to choose that option I'll have to convince a few people to re-send their payments.

You can get one of these mics even if you are a 'penis pump'!

Well, lots of people have been asking for an extension of time for payment. I've contacted the first few people who's payment were made a month ago asking them if they'd re-send their payment to buy the group buy some time (a Paypal transaction is only valid for a month).

Although not all of them have replied to me yet, I'm gonna extend the group buy for a week, until the 20th May included, hoping that those first payers will agree to resend their payment.

I've been convinced by several of you that a better option would be to accept every payment that have been sent and wait until we find enough people interested in order to spare this whole resending process to further people.
But before I do that, I want to get approval from those who sent me their money to collect it while there are still not enough paid mics to order AND I'll do it ONLY if on the 20th we have 10 or less mics missing to order from the manufacturer that is if we reach more than 81 paid microphones MINIMUM next Sunday.

59 mics have been paid so far...

Please, tell me your views on that with this poll :
http://www.freepowerboards.com/stereori ... ?p=264#264

Thanks,
Victor.
