hey friendies-
kinda on this topic, I'm gettin the 2.16 macbook today(!woo!) with 1gb ram; I know you can't ever have toooo much ram, but ye reckon I should bump it to 2gb immediately? AND (can't find the link now but...) I read in an apple forum post by an apple mod that indeed the MB (non-pro) can take 4gb ram-- 2x2gb chips. Anybooty else read that?

i've been using mine (2.0 ghz) with 1 GB for almost a year and it's been fine, so if you're on a budget, it's not something you'll absolutely need.
