Don't worry, I know they've made threats, but they just
SAY they're nihilists and they'll run scared as soon as you show a little chutzpah.

i would recommend, first thing, go out and find some acoustics to bring into the place. are they are any at all laying around that you can use, or are they just flat out of acoustics?

Yes acoustics are key!
At least two flat-top dread-nots (stereo) and an archtop with gut strings should even things out. Green glue all three in a row with enough dead air between them to cancel out any uncommon mode reasonings, then fill them with sand and epoxy resin for mass.
Everything louder than everything else.

How many hit points do you have?
What's your AC?
Have you made a saving throw today? If this saving throw fails, you die regardless of your current hit points.

this is tape op so of course there are lots of different ways you can do this but i recommend that you follow all of these instructions CLOSELY.
record contact mics on all parts of the kit - snare/kick/toms/hat/ride and "air" for later use on overheads - then quantize to the grid for that tight punchy sound - sample replace everything - then use a lot of altiverb to simulate the sound of a large room
di all the guitars/bass and any keys - then quantize - then use amp farm
track scratch voc inside a plexi glass booth with 57 - quantize - send through the antares mic modeler and choose the telefunken U47 sound - then autotune - be sure to use voc align for all bgs
cut all frequencies below 150 on everything except kick drum and bass
track.
send the mix through a "summing box" and then a "tape simulator" to get that warm analog sound. it will also "put some hair on the mix".
then hit the L2 hard - really hard.
and voila - success!
the new rules : there are no rules

And if the singer's flat, by all means don't pitch-correct or ask him to sing it better.

You might recommend silicone implants, though.
