I am speechless..... This is better than the Fart-fan sub that goes down to 0hz
Everything louder than everything else.

i don't need to read french to see that that setup might create the first case of 20 Hz induced tinnitus the world has ever seen.

Nothing spells overkill like having to shock-mount the sofa...

so i'm scrolling down the page saying 'what the tits is this?' over and over, because obviously these people are both devoted and completely nuts, and it seems like the ultimate no expense spared total ridiculous audiophile dream room....and then i get to the pictures of "the studio recording section"

Yeah, apparently most audiophiles have decided that the word "digital" doesn't really mean anything, and CDs are really just miniature LPs. With lasers shooting out of them. The cinder blocks keep the lasers from hitting you in the eyes, I think.

You Know You're Serious About Being An Audiophile When:

You need to hire an excavator and a mason to install your new subwoofer.

I think it's pretty obvious what was going on.

Extremely wealthy Italian recording hobbyist armed with a screwdriver, one day after checking his stock and bond dividends, decided to take apart his Bose wave radio, and had a revelation about what to do with the rest of his life ..and the entire lower half of his estate.

At least his priorities are straight. I mean why buy an amazing Neve or API console and 2" multitrack when you can have a tascam trs8 and the largest subwoofer in the world.

Also, someone should put them in touch with Ethan's real traps web page. For real dude, the treatment behind the couch is like bags of insulation or something. Not cool looking for such "esoteric" listening room!
[Asked whether his shades are prescription or just to look cool]
Guy: Well, I am the drummer.
