I know i might be nit-picking but...
Can a chair's headrest affect your monitoring environment? I mean people talk about relatively small things acting as obstructions causing comb-filtering I was just wondering if chair choice will "colour" your sound.
just a thought

When I wear a hat (not often) I can hear the reflections like crazy from the brim. In the studio I hear computer screens, tables, consoles, back of the chair and everything screwing up the sound. It drives me nuts. Oh to be happy and unable to hear these things - I wish for the days of my shitty mixes...
We had a high backed chair once. Not only did I nearly fall asleep in it, I could hear it fucking with the sound. Tossed it.

Yes! I actually measured that. See that last part of this short article:CabreeToe wrote:Can a chair's headrest affect your monitoring environment?
