At one point we did a test on the Auratones (we jokingly call them Horrortones, though we love them). We found that if you place your calibrated mic right up against the foam, they are very flat from about 100hz to 16khz. You know what that means, right? Someone ought to come up with a headband for them! :D

Oh, by the way. Do you know who owns (owned?) the company? Quincy Jones...
