Lomo repair and parts

Post by capone » Fri May 02, 2008 8:22 am

Hi,
Anyone have any idea who out there repairs lomo's (19a19)? I am also looking for
another cable for this mic as the problem may be the cable and not the mic. Any ideas where I could find a replacement cable.

Many Thanks,
d

hey, if it's just the cable and not the connector, you can just get standard 6 conductor tube mic cable. i get mine from redco. the connectors on those are pretty shifty though. if those have gon bad, it might tough to replace, but it also just might be a cold solder joint, especially of the cables are original.

as far as repair, i've sent my lomos out to chipman verspyk and matthew marinelli. both did a great god job, but chip was much more responsive and took about 1/8th the time to get my mic back to me. pm if you want contact info for either of them
