Boo.

Terrible mic. Don't anybody buy them. They're junk.

Or at least hold off until I get one.

451s and an e602 in the same day.

sm81s got demoted to toms.

life is kicking ass. It's so cool to, after years of recording with bunk, being able to afford to get what I know will make my work better, with money made from recording.

I put them up for two sessions in a row today, and instant magic.

Just used mine last night on a simple kit setup - e602 on kick, and a Lomo M1 4' high and 4' in front of the kit. Good stuff indeed.

Has anyone compared an e602 to a D6?
I've got a D6 an like it, but I'm always wondering about the e602.

To my ears, the D6 is more scooped out and exaggerated. Not necessarily a bad thing, but the 602 is more versatile, IMO.
