Just dropping a note to the board to say that I'm recording my solo record during the next two weeks.
I've picked up quite a bit of info here over the years. Now I will try to put it to good use.
I post to my blog every day on my progress. I'm on day 2 of recording right now.

Love the antique dresser or whatever that is with big round mirror.Man ... I grew up in that room! It is strange to be belting out vocals and have this huge mirror in front of you. Can I have a fan blowing my mullet back please?
My sister came over to use the internet and was in the next room and I was all "lalalalallalala". I guess you just have to keep going.
posted a picture of my very basic guitar setup. I guess the coolest part of the picture is that I fired the camera's flash through my finger and gave everything a nice blood red tone.
also put up a clip of the end of the last song on the record. It is obviously not mixed yet!

The record, "Bits", is a collection of interpretations of 13 Atari 2600 games.
