woofer out of a monitor two ?

anyone have any suggestions on how to pull the woofer out of a monitor two and not damage anything or at least not the enclosure. i'm pretty sure that any attempt by me to pry it loose from all this glue is going to end badly, pushing it from the back is doing nothing and a heat gun will destroy the finish material. i have a replacement here so destroying the old one is an option, but i'd rather not

any help would be appreciated
