Pacific snare drum lugs?

Post by Brett Siler » Thu Dec 25, 2008 8:58 pm

I got a 5 X 14 Pacific F-series snare drum for free because one of the lugs on it is cracked open. I figured that a replacement of the drum lug would be easy, but I was very wrong. I just spent the last 2 hours on the interweb trying to find drum lugs for a just a Pacific snare drum without any luck. Any know where I can find one of these things?

You're pretty much going to have to actually talk to someone at a dealer and get them to order a replacement lug. Forget finding something like that online to order. See if there's a good drum shop in your area that's a Pacific dealer. Don't bother with the big box stores. Call the shop and explain what you're looking for. Someone ought to be able to order you a replacement, although it may take a while.

Best of luck!
