Well, I don't know about the coke table, and the peacocks might be a little messy on that plexiglass floor... but the champagne and rose garden sound like a great idea.
I guess the key thing would be to remember to use helium instead of hydrogen, and not to dope the fabric skin of the zeppelin with jet fuel.

Also, it would be essential--essential--to put a bright yellow 60' tall smiley-face on both sides of the zeppelin. It could be lit from behind, so that when you were airborne and things were going well folks could tell from one side of the horizon to the other.

And, you could shuttle people from ground to the studio with little airplanes, like they did (or could have done, anyway) with the USS Akron.

It would add a whole new meaning to phrases like "why don't we fly in some background vocals?"

listen man, I am in your situation. I do have a rich uncle also, and built a recording studio in boston. I used to live in nyc too.
first of all, beware of falling into the gearslutz trap. I have spent 50k this year on rent, gear, construction, life. It has taken me 9 months to do the cleaning, preparation, construction and wiring.. I could have spent a freaking fraction of the money and gone to an awesome studio and be done with my record already. Instead, I am still wiring up my patchbay. (I have a soundworkshop 34c, otari mx 5050, and some cool pre's).
I have interned at a sick ass private studio in brooklyn with a neve board, fairchild compressors, and ampex, studer and mci tape machines. It was amazing. but you know what, no one was booking it when I was there, because he wasn't hungry for the work. You are more of a musician than an engineer I would guess. You say now that this is a private studio, but after you invest 100k, you are gonna want to make some money back.. And why not? why not have this be your job too? The more time you spend learning how to make your recordings awesome, the less time you are spending practicing instruments. The studio is an instrument too, however.
anyway, you are going to build your own space even if I tell you not to. so good luck man. However, seriously consider just having a medium nice practice space, buy some gear you are lusting after, and go to the studio to do your music. NOTHING IS MORE ANNOYING THAN WALKING BACK INTO THE CONTROL ROOM TO ADJUST YOUR HEADPHONE VOLUME ON THE AUX KNOB AND THEN REWIND THE TAPE AND RUN BACK INTO THE LIVE ROOM, PICK UP YOUR GUITAR, MESS UP THE TAKE, AND DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN.
i don't know, dude. life is crazy. good luck with your music.
