Blown mixer channels?

I accidentally sent 2 of my channels extreme audio levels and now theyre distorted at all levels
What have i damaged?

Do you have a schematic? I had distortion crop up in one of my mixer channels and it turned out to be bad transistors. Easy fix. Or, it could be an IC. Are the IC's socketed? Do you have a schematic? Have you isolated what's blown? Is it on the mic pre, but not the line in? Or is it both? Etc.

In my case it was in the mic pre, but not the line in, so it reduced the possible culprits to only a handful of components.

I turned on my mixer this morning amnd the channels are fine now

The excessive level most likely caused an active device at the input (either transistor or op-amp) to latch up and remain in that state until power was cycled.
