Abbey Road Studios not for sale, owner says

However, it looks like they sold Bill Wyman's headstock to finance more mics.

"EMI confirms that it is holding preliminary discussions for the revitalization of Abbey Road with interested and appropriate third parties," Terra Firma said.

I hope that's more for infrastructure and not screwing with the recording spaces.

Watch those "third parties" be fucking real estate agents looking to place some rock fans in the new "Abbey Road Condos."

I feel sorry for whoever gets the Studio Two reverb chamber. It's humid as Hell in there!

I know it says more about my lameness than his, but it does make me cringe to see someone playing a guitar without a headstock. It just seems wrong.

Man, if Hendrix had made those records with Peter Bown, the world would be a different place.

I was just contemplating Abbey Road as a museum and I thought how much I would hate for that to happen and how much I would LOVE to go there if it was.
