i can also see trying to record in that house being an absolute disaster. neighbors complaining. the guitarist disappearing somewhere on the beach. too many parties instead of working. power going out for 2 days during a storm. seal barking ruing vocal takes. etc.
however, probably a fun ride. i think there is a plug-in to fix all of that in mixdown anyway.
