Handles for rack-mounted gear

I'd like to install some handles onto the front panels of some of my heavier rack mounted components. Is there a good online resource that makes/sells handles to cover various panel heights (1U, 2U, etc...)?

Pretty pricey though, like all their stuff. You might find an electronics salvage place. Lots of computer servers and telco equipment have rack handles.
