I have not used it extensively, but have messed around with it. It seems to have some flavors that oZone does not. I was, overall, pleasantly surprised with how I got things sounding.
The compression, especially when using parallel compression with one of the compressors in RMS mode sounds very transparent, and I also liked the saturation options, where you can add some analog flavor, from tape saturation to plain ol' tube saturation.

I have been using it quite a bit and when it is right for the job, it is excellent. It can be really nice on a BU buss just to give them a bit more sheen or character. The presets are good and many, but it is immanently tweakable as well. It works for both messing stuff up (in a good way) or making stuff sound "better". Eq and compression is not too unlike ozone. The saturation is really good. Delay and reverb are fine. De-esser is quite good. My only beef is that the pitch correction is generally pretty useless...but you can't have everything.

It is a fun plug-in to be sure. Easy to use. Instant results.
I use it to aid in communicating what sort of sound a vocalist wants. The presets are so varied, that I can quickly scroll through them and try out a bunch of stuff.
The vocalist just stops me when I get in the ball park.
Sometimes, I even use that sound.
