Audiofire 8 vs. Motu 828 mkii

Which one would you choose?

Echo Audiofire 8 or a used Motu 828 mkii?

Audiofire: 8 channels, 2 built-in preamps
Motu: 10 channels, 2 built-in preamps

But I have experience with the Audiofire 12, which is why I lean toward the Audiofire 8. Only reason I want the 8 over my current AF12 is because I never used 12 channels and I'd rather have 2 built-in preamps for D.I. purposes, etc.
