Just noticed this handheld condenser is crazy cheap right now (ie, list is over $200... it's on sale for something like $40). Not much info on the web (other than sales hype). Anyone familiar with it?

All right, well... I was too curious, and it was too cheap. And I was afraid they might sell out. So I just ordered a pair from Musicians Friend. Worst case scenario... I dunno... a couple of new paperweights.
