Do any of you love the RNC on toms and/or hand drums?

I've done this a few times.
As long as you get the settings right for your toms, it can work pretty good.

Cheers

I will pretty much use my FMR compressors for anything during tracking. It can work really well at controlling percussive sounds, making them more even and softer at the peaks, without losing much info at all!! Its a REALLY NICE COMPRESSOR!!! Everyone should have at least ONE of these in their studio. I have a RNC and RNLA, and there is no price I can estimate, that I would sell them for. Honestly.
