First Foo Fighters album info?

Post by Shellacattack » Fri Sep 14, 2012 1:13 pm

Does anyone have any links or info regarding the recording process of the first Foo Fighters album? In my opinion, it's their best album, and I really enjoy the sounds they got.

Google and the usual sources have provided a little info, but not much regarding the actual recording techniques used. If anyone here has anything to share about this album, I'd love to hear it!

Thanks guys

My recollection is, other than a guest spot or two, it's all Grohl.

The Wikipedia article on the album has lots of technical info regarding the recording. It is all Dave Grohl, aside from one guitar part, and it was recorded very quickly on 16 track tape
