4 pin xlr on a dynamic mic?

If you google "microphone pinout" you can start learning about this stuff; here is a good basic reference link.
Then try, "4 pin "microphone pinout", then try adding "Turner" to the search, and you'll find stuff like this, etc.
Also, try "4 pin amphenol connector", what is what kind you have.
Often times, like on various EV's and Shures ( like the 565), the 4 pins allow the mic to be connected as Hi-Z or Low-Z.
