hammond leslie adaptor

have to go from 8 pin Hammond to 11 pin leslie...I think it's insane spending $250 on the Hammond official version...
has to be passive I reckon....so cant have but a few bucks worth of parts...
even $50 would be high..
any ideas??

I would look for a free kimball or some other undesirable organ with the Leslie adapter kit and pull that. Look for one with the Leslie half moon switches.

it has to match the hammond xk-1 and it looks like it has a power supply so
there must be some switching going on.
