Greetings,
I've used Sound Forge for several years for wav editing, mp3 conversion, and similar. I'm currently on v.9 and it generally works fine for me. While I skipped v.10, I'm now seeing some upgrade offers for v.11. My question: For folks using v.11, is there anything that really jumps out either quality- or workflow-wise, that make this a compelling upgrade? My current thinking is that "if I don't have a need, than skip it and stick with v.9", but wanted to check to see if I'm missing something.
Thanks for your help!!
Steve

I've used Sound Forge since the late 90s when it was Sonic Foundry. It really hasn't changed that much over the years although some versions have worked better(less buggy) than others. I found 10 to be too buggy personally. Maybe 11 fixes that. I'd say the only reason to upgrade would be if you want to run a newer version of Windows that your current version won't support. I'm not sure what new features they added in 11 so there could be other reasons for upgrading there.
