Can anyone tell me how to get this damn thing off? Looks straight-forward but it won't budge...even after soaking in wd40.
Thanks,
Hoss

To get the rubber off the rest of the assembly, or to get the wheel off the machine?
To get the wheel off, you need a "circlip tool". It's like needlenose pliers with little pins that go in the end of that c-shaped clip. You use it to pinch the ends of that guy together, and it should come out.
Show that photo to someone at an auto parts shop, and they'll point you at the tool.
To get the rubber off? Xacto? Or whittle with a razor blade?
And be careful withy the WD40. It'll destroy plastic parts.

Once you get that thing off send it to Terry's Rubber Rollers - http://www.terrysrubberrollers.com/
He'll fix it right up and send it back. Good people doing good work for a good price.
