Looking for Studio Sound 'Designing a Studio Mixer' Articles

Post by peterc » Sun May 25, 2014 12:01 pm

Hi all

I have the EQ article and did a proto a few years ago, sounded very nice, typically 70s, fat, big sound.

I only have part 5 (Nov 71), does anyone have the others on a dusty shelf? I'm guessing Aug 71 til Jan/Feb 72.

The series was written by Peter Levesley and it might make a nice pre-amp/EQ project.

The article I have is here:

There are a few issues listed on ebay now, you could set up an automated search there to email you when the right issues go on sale and then perhaps arrange with the seller to photograph and send the relevant pages via email if the cost of the issue plus shipping is prohibitive.

You sure it was from EQ magazine? I don't think EQ was around in '71/'72.

Not exactly what you describe, but maybe this will help: http://84.255.203.119/Steve-Dove-Console-Design.pdf
