Many popular tube amp makers made rackmount tube amps. Marshall, Fender, Mesa Boogie...
A friend had a Mesa Boogie 20-20 based on EL84s. While deceptively loud, it was too bright and not pleasant on the ears.
I'm a keyboard player and I like the subtle warmth of tube power amps. I eventually settled on the MosValve MV-962. It is a MOSFET amp designed to emulate power tubes. It is popular with guitar players and I like it with keyboards.

I had a Peavey Classic 50/50 for a number of years. It never gave me a problem and always sounded good. It had 8 el84's to make 100 watts bridged or 50 watts a side and had front panel controls for Vol, Resonance and Presence which was nice. Peavey also made the Classic 60/60 and 120/120 around that same time, which used 6l6s, I think.
