has anyone had any dealings in the last 6 months with this company? I really love their plug ins but
I have been trying to reach customer support there for a few weeks now with zero response and i am
baffled and frustrated.

Have you tried Chris Randall on Twitter? I haven’t had any tech support dealings with them but he seems relatively active and accessible there. He just posted about something new so I assume they are alive.
