I love me vintage effects for recording, (and yers are ) where I can use EQ and N/R.
Live jamming, tho', I use more modern stuff, with the exception of my Rat II.
Also, it seems somehow fitting, to me, that I am once again at the top of the page.

I’ve got an old Sony SRA-3 tube preamp that is temperamental and noisy, but can also sound amazing as a dirt/fuzz box. Particularly on bass.

Pro amateur tip: the old, cheap Studio Projects VTB1 preamp is a awesome distorted DI, what I love on bass.

My business partner has something extremely similar to this, sounds awesome for certain things.
