Are you referring to the "Hurricane"? or I guess the "Riot Room" which it was named after I left KC?

Thanks. Yes, the riot room as it was known in my tenure in KC. Still they attracted the bands that I gravitate towards (never been a big fan of attending giant concerts).
Saw many shows at the Hurricane in the 90's.
A few at The Grand Emporium.
Davey's Stage Coach is gone as well right?

Yep, all of those are gone. My old band (with the now deceased) played many shows at Daveys (on kink night, apparently, judging by the whipping and spanking occurring during our shows).

Not yucking anyone’s yum, just in my very early 20s it was not my crowd (not that it is today either, but today I’m more aware that crowd exists and takes over certain bar nights).
