Don't have any experience with the 319,
Have not found a use for a C1000 yet (YMMV, but IME they have a certain omnipresent suckiness that turns me off),
On average, the AT3035 has overacheived for me (strummy pop-coustic, mono overhead in a pinch, gtr cab, non-featured vocals....again, YMMV).
As a previous poster noted UTFSF (here, RAP, PSW, Slutz, etc., etc., ad nauseum).
Any suggestions for a condenser mic between $100-$200.

Add $50 and you might be able to get a used Sennheiser 441U. Terrific dynamic mic that sounds almost condenser like. Switchable 5 way presence boost, high-pass filter. Good on some voices, passable on acoustic, great on amps.
