Does anybody know how to fuse mod. yamaha ns-10's?

Post by CaseyTron 2.0 » Mon Jan 31, 2005 1:30 pm

I know people do it. I know it can't be very difficult. I just blew a tweeter in one of my ns-10's and I don't want to ever have to pay $90 for a tweeter again. :x

If anybody has any info. on how this is done I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Cheap way out... go to shack and get the inline fuse holders...

someone please correct me, but I think a 1.5 fast-acting fuse is standard, 2 amps will get you pretty loud before blowing fuses.

Where do the inline fuses get placed? In between the inputs and the crossover, or in between the crossover and the speaker and tweeter?

Thanks in advance

Inline between the plus side of the speaker cable and the red terminal on the ns-10
