what speakers do you use???

i'm not talking studio monitor, but your home hifi (or lo-fi). i finally came to the conclusion after spending an unholy amount on studio gear for capturing the ultimate sound, maybe i should improve my stereo (had the same beater now for about 15 years). afterall it is the place where i enjoy music not analyze it. just curious if yall have nice stereos or boat anchors like mine. also if any yall have suggestions for an upgrade / or something they think really sounds great let me know.

I have some HUGE Pioneer floor speakers with 16'' woofers. They rattle the shit right out of your bowls when you crank them up. OH YEAH!!!!!

I have a pair of 15 inch Jensen's.

I also have a surround set of Infinity's. Not sure of the model # without being in front of them. The fronts are 8's.

In the living room, a pair of small Polk Audio monitors. I've had them since high school and absolutely love them. In the kitchen, Minimus 7's, the ones in the walnut cabs!

Wharfedale diamond 3's in the livingroom, and diamond IV's in the bedroom.
Small but punchy, best sounding wee speakers for the cash, of their period.
