Does anyone know where I can get an inexpensive +/- 15vdc power supply?

You didn't mention what you call "inexpensive" or how much power you need, but here's one possibility - these guys take credit card orders both online and by phone -

If your current requirements aren't too great, Jameco sells some regulated +/-15V "tabletop" supplies at very attractive prices. www.jameco.com
