I just found a guitar store here in Chicago (Make'n Music) that I wish I hadn't. Tons of high end and vintage guitar stuff. I know I'm coming home with a couple of Demeter pedals (Compulator!!!) but the lure of the guitar racks . . . 50's Tele's and Strat's, a whole selection of Breedlove and Collings acoustics. Help me before I spend again.

Actually I really paid $970 total w/ shipping...It was this guy on Harmony Central and I just happened to have a grand in my pocket...I took a chance, and it paid off...I'm liking the Neve...One of the reasons that it was "cheaper" in price is that the face plate has wear on it...But it works flawless and sounds great...It was my first compressor so I'm really screwed when it comes to other compressors now...Actually I'm really wanting a dirtier sounding comp these days....I saw the post of Joel's about the NY2a and it looks quite enticing...2 G's for a two channel unit....Hmmm....
