I've always wished there was something like this for educational purposes. It would be really cool to be able to get completely dry tracks. I imagine this particular thing is pretty watered down and the tracks all have processing on them. Obviously it is good to practice the tracking as well as the mixing, but sometimes it would be good to just work on the mixing, I think. Of course then people would be stealing and sampling left and right.
